Listening: One of the benefits of working with an agent is you get the market knowledge and experience. Listen to their suggestions regarding pricing for your condominium and improvement that will sell you property faster.

Honesty: Be honest with your agent especially around disclosers. Not disclosing a know fact can increase your risk of being sued by the buyer. Being upfront about your property issues helps your sale go smoothly.

Communicate : As you move through the process stay in regular contact with your agent and broker. Keep them informed about any questions, concerns or change in your goals.
